Qualifications
I trained as an Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist at the Minster Centre in London, gaining a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and MA in Integrative Psychotherapy.
I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and I follow their codes of ethics.
I have over fifteen years of clinical experience working with adults.
I attend ongoing training and regular clinical supervision to support my work.
In the past, I have provided counselling at Mind, One in Four and the Minster Centre’s Low-Cost Therapy Service.
I lecture at the University of Roehampton on the Psychology and Counselling BSc and Therapeutic Psychology BA. I am also the module convenor on the Therapeutic Psychology programme’s Interpersonal Neurobiology module which looks at the ways in which our minds/brains and bodies respond in relationships with others and how we can learn to regulate our emotions.
